Covered Prescription Drug Services definition

Covered Prescription Drug Services means those covered outpatient prescription drugs and covered pharmacy products, services and supplies dispensed by (a) a Pre-65 Plan Network Pharmacy pursuant to the Pre-65 Plan and HOP Option Selection Materials, or (b) a HOP Part D Plan Network Pharmacy pursuant to the HOP Part D Plan and HOP Option Selection Materials.
Covered Prescription Drug Services means those outpatient prescription drugs and pharmacy products, services and supplies as described in a current County Plan Document.
Covered Prescription Drug Services means the pharmacy services and/or drugs available to members and eligible for reimbursement pursuant to the Benefit Plan.

  • MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION DRUGS are prescription drugs that require administration (or the FDA approved recommendation is for administration) by a licensed healthcare provider (other than a pharmacist).
