Covered Process Unit definition

Covered Process Unit means any process unit that is, or under the terms of this Decree becomes, subject to 40 C.F.R. Part 61, Subparts L, V and FF, and/or JCBH Rules and Regulations;
Covered Process Unit means any process unit that is, or under the terms of this Consent Decree becomes, subject to the equipment leak provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subpart GGGa or 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart CC.
Covered Process Unit means a process unit, or group of process units where DSC has elected to comply with the applicable subpart of 40

Examples of Covered Process Unit in a sentence

  • For the Covered Process Unit that is audited, the historic average leak percentage from prior monitoring events, broken down by Covered Equipment type (i.e., valves and pumps) shall be calculated.

  • Covered Equipment, excluding pumps and valves in heavy liquid service, shall be monitored to calculate a leak percentage for each Covered Process Unit that is covered in the audit, broken down by Covered Equipment type (i.e., valves and pumps).

  • This requirement applies to entirely new valves that are added to a Covered Process Unit and to Existing Valves that are replaced for any reason in a Covered Process Unit.

  • Except as provided in Paragraph 100 below, by no later than October 1, 2016, Settling Defendants shall install valve packing material that meets the requirements for Certified Low-Leaking Valve Packing Technology whenever repacking any valve in gas/vapor or light liquid VOC service in a Covered Process Unit.

  • Covered Equipment shall be monitored in order to calculate a leak percentage for each Covered Process Unit, broken down by equipment type (i.e., valves, pumps, agitators, connectors, and OELCDs).

  • Settling Defendants shall make an attempt at repair on any valve in a Covered Process Unit that has a reading greater than 100 ppm of VOCs, excluding control valves and other valves that LDAR personnel are not authorized to repair.

  • Covered Equipment shall be monitored to calculate a leak percentage for each Covered Process Unit broken down by Covered Equipment type (i.e., valves and pumps).

Related to Covered Process Unit

  • Covered Program means an education program or activity over which the College exercised substantial control over both the Respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurred.

  • Process unit means the equipment assembled and connected by pipes and ducts to process raw materials and to manufacture either a final or intermediate product used in the onsite production of other products. The process unit also includes the purification of recovered byproducts.

  • Business Unit means the assets constituting the business or a division or operating unit thereof of any Person.

  • Performance Objective means a standard established by the Committee to determine in whole or in part whether a Performance Award shall be earned.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Goal means the intended or projected result of a comprehensive corrections plan or community corrections program to reduce prison commitment rates, to reduce the length of stay in a jail, or to improve the utilization of a jail.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Performance Measure means one or more of the following selected by the Committee to measure Company, Affiliate, and/or business unit performance for a Performance Period, whether in absolute or relative terms (including, without limitation, terms relative to a peer group or index): basic, diluted, or adjusted earnings per share; sales or revenue; earnings before interest, taxes, and other adjustments (in total or on a per share basis); basic or adjusted net income; returns on equity, assets, capital, revenue or similar measure; economic value added; working capital; total shareholder return; and product development, product market share, research, licensing, litigation, human resources, information services, mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets of Affiliates or business units. Each such measure shall be, to the extent applicable, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as consistently applied by the Company (or such other standard applied by the Committee) and, if so determined by the Committee, and in the case of a Performance Compensation Award, to the extent permitted under Code Section 162(m), adjusted to omit the effects of extraordinary items, gain or loss on the disposal of a business segment, unusual or infrequently occurring events and transactions and cumulative effects of changes in accounting principles. Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Annual Net Sales means, with respect to any Calendar Year, the aggregate amount of the Net Sales for such Calendar Year.

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.

  • Performance Objectives means the performance objective or objectives established by the Committee pursuant to the Plan. Any Performance Objectives may relate to the performance of the Company or one or more of its Subsidiaries, divisions, departments, units, functions, partnerships, joint ventures or minority investments, product lines or products, or the performance of the individual Participant, and may include, without limitation, the Performance Objectives set forth in Section 13(b). The Performance Objectives may be made relative to the performance of a group of comparable companies, or published or special index that the Committee, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, or the Company may select Performance Objectives as compared to various stock market indices. Performance Objectives may be stated as a combination of the listed factors.
