Covered Series definition

Covered Series means each Series issued pursuant to an Indenture Supplement to the Indenture with respect to which the Asset Representations Reviewer’s engagement is confirmed under Section 2.17 of the Transfer Agreement.
Covered Series means each Series issued pursuant to a Supplement to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement with respect to which the Asset Representations Reviewer’s engagement is confirmed under Section.
Covered Series means, in relation to any Collateral Pool, the Initial Notes and, if the applicable Pricing Supplement or Final Terms (as applicable) specifies that such Collateral Pool is to secure the Initial Notes and other Series of Notes, all such Series of Secured Notes which are or will be secured by such Collateral Pool.

  • Unless otherwise directed by the Servicer, in connection with any Review, the Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain copies of the Review Materials (to the extent any Review Materials are copied or removed), the Review Report and any internal work papers and correspondence (collectively the “Client Records”) until the earlier of (i) the payment in full of all Covered Series and (ii) one (1) year after the delivery of such Review Report.

  • This Agreement will terminate on the earlier of (i) the mutual agreement of the Parties, (ii) the payment in full of all Covered Series and (iii) the termination of the Trust pursuant to Section 12.01 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will make appropriate personnel available to respond in writing to written questions or requests for clarification of any Review Report from the Servicer, the Transferors or the Trustee until the earlier of (i) the payment in full of all Covered Series and (ii) one year after the delivery of such Review Report.

  • Any such repurchase shall be made from all Series B Holders on a pro rata basis so that the percentage that the repurchased shares represent of the total number of Covered Series B Shares owned by each such holder shall be identical.

Covered Series means any television series initially produced by the Company during the Employment Period, it being understood and agreed that the term "Covered Series" shall not include (A) any series produced by an entity not affiliated with the Company, including, without limitation, "The Oprah Winfrey Show," "Wheel xx Xxxxxxx" and "Jeopardy!"; (B) any series currently produced by the Company, including, without limitation, "Inside Edition", "American Journal" and "Rolonda"; (C) the series currently in development by the Company and currently referred to as "Planet Hollywood Squares"; (D) the series currently in development by the Company and currently referred to as "Love Triangle"; and (E) the "dance/young adult lifestyles" series currently in development by the Company. For the purposes of this paragraph 2(c), the term "Company" shall include all subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Covered service member means a member of the Armed Forces, including a member of the National Guard or Reserves, who is undergoing medical treatment, recuperation, or therapy, is otherwise in outpatient status, or is otherwise on the temporary disability retired list, for a serious injury or illness.

  • Extension Series means all Extended Term Loans or Extended Revolving Credit Commitments (as applicable) that are established pursuant to the same Extension Agreement (or any subsequent Extension Agreement to the extent such Extension Agreement expressly provides that the Extended Term Loans or Extended Revolving Credit Commitments, as applicable, provided for therein are intended to be a part of any previously established Extension Series) and that provide for the same interest margins, extension fees, if any, and amortization schedule.
