Covered substance means any substance or material which is regulated, defined or designated as a “waste”, “hazardous substance”, “hazardous waste”, hazardous chemical”, “toxic substance”, “toxic chemical”, “pollutant”, “contaminant” or “regulated substance” or words of similar import under any Environmental Law or is otherwise regulated under any Environmental Law.
