CPA Arbitrator definition

CPA Arbitrator shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9 hereof.
CPA Arbitrator means Ernst & Young LLP, or if such firm is unable or unwilling to act, such other nationally recognized independent public accounting firm as shall be agreed upon by the parties hereto in writing or if the parties cannot agree, one selected by the American Arbitration Association.
