American Arbitration Association definition

American Arbitration Association or “AAA” shall have the meaning assigned in Section 13.2(a).
American Arbitration Association means the American Arbitration Association or its successor organization.

The deed will convey title as provided above and the closing will take place promptly upon determination of the price.
