Within 30 days after sending or receiving a claim notice, you or we may submit the claim to JAMS (0-000-000-0000, xxxxxxx.xxx) or the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") (0-000-000-0000, xxx.xxx) for mediation.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with this instrument, including the breach or validity thereof, shall be determined by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (the “ AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures (“Commercial Rules”).
