CPP Service definition

CPP Service any person who is in thebusiness of providing a CPPService and who has anagreement with Telkom;a tone and numeric or alpha-numeric Caller Pays Paging(CPP) Service whereby a Call isrouted to a CPP Operator fromwhere Messages are conveyedto Paging Terminal Equipment; 2.
CPP Service shall have the meaning ascribed to it in clause 12 below.
CPP Service or "CPP Services" means one or more of the services, goods and materials to be provided by the CPP Companies, or by any third-party providers, advisors or consultants on behalf of the CPP Companies, to Metris Companies, in relation to the servicing of the Serviced Accounts only, as described in Schedule B and the applicable portions of Schedule C.
