Cream definition

Cream means cream obtained directly and exclusively from milk.
Cream means that portion of milk, rich in milk fat, which rises to the surface of milk that is left standing or which is separated from milk by centrifugal force.
Cream in relation to food means that part of milk, rich in fat which has been separated by skimming or by any other means;

Cream means that part of cows' milk rich in fat which has been separated by skimming or otherwise and which is intended for sale for human consumption;
