Creation and Development Account definition

Creation and Development Account shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.15.

Examples of Creation and Development Account in a sentence

  • If the Prospectus related to a Trust specifies a creation and development fee, the Trustee shall, on or immediately after the end of the initial offering period, withdraw from the Capital Account, an amount equal to the unpaid creation and development fee as of such date and credit such amount to a special non-Trust account designated by the Depositor out of which the creation and development fee will be distributed to the Depositor (the "Creation and Development Account").

  • The proceeds of such sales, less any amounts paid to the Trustee in reimbursement of its advances, shall be credited to the Creation and Development Account.

  • If the balance in the Principal Account is insufficient to make such withdrawal, the Trustee shall, as directed by the Depositor, advance funds in an amount required to fund the proposed withdrawal and be entitled to reimbursement of such advance upon the deposit of additional moneys in the Principal Account, and/or sell Securities and credit the proceeds thereof to the Creation and Development Account.

  • If the Prospectus related to a Trust specifies a creation and development fee, the Trustee shall, on or immediately after the end of the initial offering period, withdraw from the Principal Account, an amount equal to the unpaid creation and development fee as of such date and credit such amount to a special non-Trust account designated by the Depositor out of which the creation and development fee will be distributed to the Depositor (the "Creation and Development Account").

  • If the Prospectus related to the Trust specifies a creation and development fee, the Trustee shall, on such date or dates set forth in the Prospectus for a Trust withdraw from the Capital Account, an amount equal to the accrued and unpaid creation and development fee as of such date and credit such amount to a special non-Trust account designated by the Depositor out of which the creation and development fee will be distributed to the Depositor (the "Creation and Development Account").

  • If the balance in the Capital Account is insufficient to make such withdrawal, the Trustee shall, as directed by the Depositor, advance funds in an amount required to fund the proposed withdrawal and be entitled to reimbursement of such advance upon the deposit of additional monies in the Capital Account, and/or sell Securities and credit the proceeds thereof to the Creation and Development Account.

  • If the Prospectus related to the Trust specifies a creation and development fee, the Trustee shall, on or immediately after the fifteenth day of each month, withdraw from the Capital Account, an amount equal to the accrued and unpaid creation and development fee as of such date and credit such amount to a special non-Trust account designated by the Depositor out of which the creation and development fee will be distributed to the Depositor (the "Creation and Development Account").

  • If the Prospectus related to the Trust(s) specifies a Creation and Development Fee, the Trustee shall, on the last day of each month, withdraw from the Capital Account an amount equal to the accrued and unpaid Creation and Development Fee as of such date and credit such amount to a special non-Trust account designated by the Depositor out of which the Creation and Development Fee will be distributed to the Depositor (the "Creation and Development Account").

Related to Creation and Development Account

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • Commercial establishment means a place of business which is at all times equipped with sufficient tables and seats to accommodate twenty-five persons at one time, and the licensed premises of which conform to the standards and specifications of the division.

  • Land development means the erection of buildings or structures on land, or the change of use of land, including township establishment, the subdivision or consolidation of land or any deviation from the land use or uses permitted in terms of an applicable land use scheme;

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:

  • Serialization within the enterprise identifier means each item produced is assigned a serial number that is unique among all the tangible items produced by the enterprise and is never used again. The enterprise is responsible for ensuring unique serialization within the enterprise identifier.

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, multi-apartment buildings, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Global Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Existing development means development, other than that associated with agricultural or forest management activities, that meets one of the following criteria:

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;
