Creation Trade Date definition

Creation Trade Date means the Trade Date for a Creation Order, and shall have the same meaning as Purchase Order Date and the two terms shall be used interchangeably herein.
Creation Trade Date means a Relevant Business Day on which a Valid Creation Order Confirmation is delivered by (or on behalf of) the Issuer to the Swap Counterparty and the relevant Authorised Participant in accordance with clause 3.3 (Valid Creation Order Confirmation) of the Authorised Participant Agreement.

  • By the end of day Eastern Standard Time (or such other time as the parties may agree) on Creation Trade Date, the Administrator will calculate and transmit the Required Cash Creation Total, consisting of (1) the Basket Cash Component, (2) Cash Amount, and (3) any Purchase Slippage, to the Authorized Participant, which the Authorized Participant shall be responsible for delivering in cash on Creation Settlement Date to the Trust’s account at the Cash Custodian.

  • Subscription Trade Date means, subject to Condition 9.2, a Valuation Date on which a Subscription Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Securitization Transaction Any transaction involving either (1) a sale or other transfer of some or all of the Mortgage Loans directly or indirectly to an issuing entity in connection with an issuance of publicly offered or privately placed, rated or unrated mortgage-backed securities or (2) an issuance of publicly offered or privately placed, rated or unrated securities, the payments on which are determined primarily by reference to one or more portfolios of residential mortgage loans consisting, in whole or in part, of some or all of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Outside Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).

  • Valid Date means a Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Disrupted Day and on which another Averaging Date in respect of the relevant Valuation Date does not or is not deemed to occur.

  • Funding Announcement or “Request for Applications (RFA)” means the document (including all exhibits, attachments, and published addenda), issued by the System Agency under which applications for grant funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference in the Grant Agreement for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Amendment Closing Date means the first date that all the conditions precedent set forth in this Amendment are satisfied or waived in accordance herewith.
