  • Responsible individual means an individual who is employed by a licensee and has principal managerial authority over the provision of money services by the licensee in this state.

  • Investigating Officer means the person appointed by the Monitoring Officer to undertake a formal investigation of a complaint alleging a breach of the Code of Conduct by a Subject Member.
