Credit Linkage Start Date definition

Credit Linkage Start Date means the earlier to occur of the Credit Event Backstop Date and the Trade Date (each as defined in the Credit Default Swap).

More Definitions of Credit Linkage Start Date

Credit Linkage Start Date means the Credit Event Backstop Date (as defined in the Credit Default Swap).

  • Activation Date means the date upon which MLBFS shall cause the WCMA Line of Credit to be fully activated under MLPF&S' computer system as part of the WCMA Program.

  • Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Loan, the first Business Day of the calendar month following the Funding Date of such Loan.

  • Term Start Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01.

  • Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(c)(i).

  • Incremental Term Loan Installment Date shall have, with respect to any Class of Incremental Term Loans established pursuant to an Incremental Assumption Agreement, the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.10(a)(ii).
