Credit Risk Security definition

Credit Risk Security. Any Collateral Debt Security that, in the Collateral Manager's reasonable business judgment, has a significant risk of declining in credit quality or, with a lapse of time, becoming a Defaulted Security.
Credit Risk Security means any Collateral Debt Security with respect to which MLI and Taberna mutually determine in good faith has a significant risk of declining in credit quality and, with lapse of time, may become a Defaulted Security.
Credit Risk Security means any Collateral Debt Security with respect to which there shall have occurred a Credit Risk Event.

Examples of Credit Risk Security in a sentence

  • If the Collateral Advisor elects to direct the Issuer to sell or otherwise dispose of any Credit Risk Security as described above, such Collateral Debt Security is required to be sold or otherwise disposed of as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within 30 days following such election.

  • The Trustee will promptly notify the Issuer if the Collateral Advisor has determined that (i) any Collateral Debt Security has become a Defaulted Security, a Deferred Interest XXX Xxxx, a Credit Risk Security or a Written Down Security or (ii) the Trustee has received an Equity Security in connection with any Collateral Debt Security.

  • Any sale of a Collateral Debt Security that is a Credit Risk Security or a Defaulted Security is likely to result in losses to the Issuer.

  • The powers and duties of the Collateral Manager inmanaging the Collateral Debt Securities include the sale of certain of the securities in the Portfolio during the Reinvestment Period (subject to certain limits) and, at any time, upon the occurrence of certain events (including a Collateral Debt Security becoming a Defaulted Security, a Credit Improved Security or a Credit Risk Security), in accordance with the provisions of the Collateral Management Agreement.


More Definitions of Credit Risk Security

Credit Risk Security means any Collateral Debt Security that has a material risk of becoming a Defaulted Security or becoming an Ineligible Security.
Credit Risk Security means any Portfolio Collateral which, in the reasonable business judgment of the Collateral Manager, has a significant risk of declining in credit quality and, with a lapse of time, becoming a Defaulted Loan.
Credit Risk Security means any Collateral Debt Security with respect to which (i) any default or event of default under the related Underlying Instrument which will entitle the holder thereof, with the giving of notice or passage of time or both, to accelerate the maturity of all or a portion of the principal amount of such Collateral Debt Security is imminent; provided, that any such security shall be considered a Credit Risk Security only until such time as such default or event of default is no longer imminent, or (ii) the issuer or obligor thereof is subject to any regulatory intervention.
Credit Risk Security means any Collateral Debt Security which, in the reasonable business judgment of the Collateral Manager (and such judgment shall not be called into question as a result of subsequent events), has a significant risk of declining in credit quality and, with a lapse of time, becoming a Defaulted Security and provided further that if (unless the holders of the Controlling Class have agreed by way of Extraordinary Resolution to suspend this proviso in respect of any particular Credit Risk Security):
Credit Risk Security means any Capital Security with respect to which Bear Xxxxxxx and Taberna mutually determine in good faith has a significant risk of declining in credit quality and, with lapse of time, may become a Defaulted Security.
Credit Risk Security means any Collateral Debt Security which, in the reasonable business judgment of the Collateral Manager, has a significant risk of declining in credit quality and, with a lapse of time, becoming a Defaulted Security and provided further that if:
Credit Risk Security means any Collateral Debt Security (or in the case of a Collateral Debt Security that is a Synthetic Security, the underlying Reference Obligation) that, as of any date of determination (i) in the Portfolio Manager's reasonable business judgment (which shall not be called into question solely as a result of subsequent events) has a significant risk of declining in credit quality at any time since such Collateral Debt Security was purchased or (ii) if the rating assigned by Moody's on the Closing Date to (a) the Class A Notes or the Class B Notes has as of such date of determination been withdrawn or downgraded by one or more rating subcategory since the Closing Date (and such rating has not been reinstated or restored to the rating assigned to the Class A Notes or the Class B Notes on the Closing Date) or
