Credited Output definition

Credited Output means, with respect to a period of time, the aggregate amount of electrical energy (expressed in MWh) associated with the Contract Capacity that is not available from the Plant for dispatch and receipt by Purchaser due to (a) a Force Majeure event and (b) any Scheduled Maintenance, as determined by Seller in good faith.
Credited Output means, for any relevant period the (a) Delivered Energy in such period plus (b) the Excused Output in such period.
Credited Output means, for any relevant period the (i) Delivered Energy in such period plus (ii) the Lost Energy in such period.

  • From and after the Commercial Operation Date, Seller shall calculate on an hourly basis the Credited Output in such hour.

  • Final Average Pay means the participant’s average monthly compensation in the highest three calendar years of compensation out of five consecutive calendar years of employment during a period of eligibility service by the Company or an Affiliate.
