Creditor Agency Profile Form definition

Creditor Agency Profile Form means the document(s) the Creditor Agency completes to provide information to Fiscal Service, including, among other things, what tools Fiscal Service is authorized to use to collect Debts on behalf of the Creditor Agency, and contact information for the Creditor Agency’s personnel who are available to assist Fiscal Service with questions related to the transferred Debt. The Creditor Agency Profile Form(s) are Fiscal Service documents that Fiscal Service sends to agencies for completion.

  • Funding Agency means an organization or individual which provides facilities to receive and accumulate assets to be used either for the payment of benefits under a pension plan, or for the purchase of such benefits, provided such accumulated assets form a part of a pension plan established for the exclusive benefit of the plan participants and their beneficiaries. The fair market value of the assets held by the funding agency as of a specified date is the Funding Agency Balance as of that date.

  • Priority List means the annual listing of fundable, waiting, and planning portion projects.

  • Second Lien Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Designated Second Priority Representative means (i) the Initial Second Priority Representative, until such time as the Second Priority Debt Facility under the Initial Second Priority Debt Documents ceases to be the only Second Priority Debt Facility under this Agreement and (ii) thereafter, the Second Priority Representative designated from time to time by the Second Priority Instructing Group, in a notice to the Designated Senior Representative and the Company hereunder, as the “Designated Second Priority Representative” for purposes hereof.

  • Second Priority Representative means (i) in the case of the Initial Second Priority Debt Facility covered hereby, the Initial Second Priority Representative and (ii) in the case of any Second Priority Debt Facility and the Second Priority Debt Parties thereunder the trustee, administrative agent, collateral agent, security agent or similar agent under such Second Priority Debt Facility that is named as the Representative in respect of such Second Priority Debt Facility in the applicable Joinder Agreement.

  • Delinquency proceeding means a proceeding instituted against an insurer for the purpose of liquidating, rehabilitating, reorganizing or conserving the insurer, and a summary proceeding under section 507C.9 or 507C.10. “Formal delinquency proceeding” means any liquidation or rehabilitation proceeding.

  • Second Lien Bank Loan means a Bank Loan (other than a First Lien Bank Loan and a Last Out Loan) that is entitled to the benefit of a first and/or second lien and first and/or second priority perfected security interest on all or substantially all of the assets of the respective borrower and guarantors obligated in respect thereof.

  • Insolvency Proceeds has the meaning specified in Section 10.1(b).

  • Correctional institution means a state prison, prison facility, or other prison institution, correctional camp, community corrections center, correctional farm, state reformatory, or probation recovery camp, owned, operated, leased, supervised, or contracted for by this state.
