Service Documents means all claim forms, application notices, judgments, orders or other notices of legal process relating to this Deed. Construction of specific terms

Service Documents means any claim forms, application notices, orders, judgments or other documents relating to any proceeding, suit or action relating to or arising out of any Dispute; Settlement Period has the meaning given to it in the BSC; Settlement Unit has the meaning given to it in the CfD Agreement;

Examples of Service Documents in a sentence

• LTLabs shall have no liability to Client for any such suspension of Services, non-acceptance of orders, or termination of this MSA and any Service Document(s).

• The termination of this MSA shall have the effect of terminating any and all outstanding or uncompleted Service Documents.

• The Service Order(s) and SLA relating to the Software Services and SOW relating to the Professional Services are collectively referred to as "Service Document(s)".

• This MSA, including any appendices, and the Service Documents represent the entire agreement between LTLabs and Client with respect to its subject matter and supersede all prior oral and written understandings, agreements, communications, and t erms and conditions between the parties.

• LTLabs grants Client during the term as specified in the Service Document, a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Products which have been delivered to Client provided that the Client shall use the Products subject to the restrictions set out in Clause 6.3 and applicable Service Documents.

More Definitions of Service Documents

Service Documents means all Work Orders or Change Orders executed by both Parties under this Agreement.

Service Documents means the Service Descriptions available at http://www.euro.dell.com/service-descriptions, Statements of Work and any other mutually agreed documents describing Services, Software or Deliverables.
