Creditors Trust Agreement definition

Creditors Trust Agreement means that certain trust agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit 14.1 filed as a supplement prior to the Confirmation Hearing, which agreement shall govern the Creditors' Trust and which shall provide for the distribution of Net Creditors' Trust Proceeds to the Creditors' Trust Beneficiaries in accordance with the terms of this Plan and the assumption of the setoff obligations as provided in Section 7.11.2 of this Plan; provided that in the event of any conflict between the terms of the Creditors' Trust Agreement and the terms of this Plan, this Plan shall control.
Creditors Trust Agreement means a trust document in the form attached hereto as Appendix E.
Creditors Trust Agreement means the trust agreement pursuant to which the Creditors Trust is established.
