Crest Settlement Agreement definition

Crest Settlement Agreement means that certain Settlement and Purchase Agreement, dated as of June 14, 2001, among CEI, CXY Corporation, Crest, Crest Energy, L.L.C. and Freeport LNG Terminal, LLC.
