Criminal Case definition

Criminal Case means a criminal action or proceeding, including an examining trial;
Criminal Case means a case enumerated in rule 1 (4) of chapter II of these Rules.
Criminal Case means a case where an offender is charged with an offense for which a mandatory court appearance is required under the Uniform Bail Schedule.
