Crisis Management Event definition

Crisis Management Event means any event that occurs at or about Franchisee’s Restaurant premises or in connection with the operation of Franchisee’s Restaurant that has or may cause harm or injury to customers or employees, such as food contamination, food spoilage/poisoning, food tampering/sabotage, contagious diseases, natural disasters, terrorist acts, shootings or other acts of violence, data breaches, real or threatened, or any other circumstance which may materially and adversely affect the System or the goodwill symbolized by the Marks.
Crisis Management Event means Crisis Management Event, as that term is defined in Appendix D attached to this Policy.
Crisis Management Event means any event that occurs at or about the Franchised Business that has or may cause harm or injury to customers or employees, such as contagious diseases, natural disasters, terrorist acts, shootings, epidemics, pandemics or any other circumstance which may damage the Fiesta System, the Proprietary Marks, the Copyrights, or image or reputation of Franchisor or its affiliates.

  • Franchisee shall cooperate fully with Franchisor with respect to Franchisor’s response to a Crisis Management Event.

  • Unless disclosure is required by Applicable Law, no public communication, press release or announcement regarding this Agreement, the transactions contemplated hereby or the operation of the Licensed Restaurant or any Crisis Management Event shall be made by Franchisee without the written approval of Franchisor in advance of such press release announcement, or public communication.

  • Franchisee shall cooperate fully with Franchisor with respect to Franchisor’s response to the Crisis Management Event.

  • Upon satisfactory proof of payment by the Organization, the Underwriter will reimburse the Organization, up to the Pension Crisis Management Expenses Limit stated in ITEM 4 of the Declarations, for Pension Crisis Management Expenses actually paid by the Organization in connection with a Pension Crisis Management Event that first occurs during the Policy Period; provided, that such Pension Crisis Management Event is reported to the Underwriter in accordance with Section VII of this Coverage Section.

  • Expenses means reasonable fees, costs and other expenses of a public relations or crisis management firm engaged by the Organization and approved by the Underwriter, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, to mitigate reputational harm to such Organization as a result of an EPL Crisis Management Event.

Crisis Management Event means any event that occurs at or about the JINYA Ramen Bar that has or may cause harm or injury to customers or employees, including, without limitation, food contamination, food spoilage/poisoning, food tampering/sabotage, contagious diseases, natural disasters, terrorist acts, shootings or any other circumstance which may damage the JINYA Ramen Bar System, the JINYA Ramen Bar Marks, or the image or reputation of Franchisor and its Affiliates.
Crisis Management Event means any of the following events which, in the good faith opinion of the Organization, did cause or is reasonably likely to cause material public harm to the Organization:
Crisis Management Event means any event that occurs at or about the Franchised Restaurant that has or may cause harm or injury to customers or employees, including, without limitation, food contamination, food spoilage/poisoning, food tampering/sabotage, contagious diseases, natural disasters, terrorist acts, shootings, epidemics, pandemics or any other circumstance which may damage the Dog Haus System, the Dog Haus Marks, or the image or reputation of Franchisor and its Affiliates.
Crisis Management Event means any event that occurs in connection with the operation of the Franchised Business that has caused or may cause harm or injury to animals within your care or to customers or employees, such as accidents, contagious diseases, criminal acts, natural disasters, terrorist acts, shootings, or any other circumstance which may damage the System, Marks, or reputation of Businesses of us or our Affiliates.
Crisis Management Event means an "event" or "occurrence" that your "executive officer" reasonably determines has resulted, or may result, in:
Crisis Management Event means an allegation of: (i) an Employment Practices Wrongful Act which the Company’s director of Human Resources, in-house general counsel, or equivalent executive, reasonably believes will result in a “Mass or Class Action” (as defined below); or
Crisis Management Event means an event that Franchisor determines may materially affect the Marks and goodwill associated therewith.
