Franchisee shall cooperate fully with Franchisor with respect to Franchisor’s response to a Crisis Management Event.
Unless disclosure is required by Applicable Law, no public communication, press release or announcement regarding this Agreement, the transactions contemplated hereby or the operation of the Licensed Restaurant or any Crisis Management Event shall be made by Franchisee without the written approval of Franchisor in advance of such press release announcement, or public communication.

Expenses means reasonable fees, costs and other expenses of a public relations or crisis management firm engaged by the Organization and approved by the Underwriter, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, to mitigate reputational harm to such Organization as a result of an EPL Crisis Management Event.
