Food Spoilage Sample Clauses
Food Spoilage. We will cover up to $250 per 12 month period for food spoilage. COVERED: A prolonged and continuous outage of greater than 12 hours for refrigerated foods and 24 hours for frozen foods due to a refrigerator/freezer Breakdown.
Food Spoilage. We will pay up to $5,000, without deductible, for the loss of or damage to food while contained in a food freezer located on your residence premises caused by mechanical breakdown of the freezer or power failure. We will also pay for any consequential damage to the freezer. Within this limit, we will reimburse any reasonable expenses incurred by you to reduce or avert a loss.
Food Spoilage. We will pay the actual, necessary and reasonable cost, up to $250, for spoilage of food in your freezer or refrigerator, on your premises, when the damage is caused by interruption of electrical service or mechanical breakdown. A deductible of $50 will apply to each loss.
SECTION I — Insured Perils
Food Spoilage. A one-time food spoilage allowance of $250.00 resulting from the reported breakdown of a refrigerator or freezer during the Coverage Period. Proof of loss will be required to obtain this coverage benefit.
Food Spoilage. In the event of a Claim for Your refrigerator or freezer that results in a prolonged and continuous outage of 12 hours or more for refrigerated food and 24 hours or more for frozen foods, You are eligible to receive reimbursement for the replacement of incidental spoiled food up to $250 CAD during the Term of this Service Contract. NOTICE: You will be required to submit proof of purchase (sales receipt/invoice) of the replacement items to the Obligor in order to receive this reimbursement.
Food Spoilage. We will reimburse you for food loss that results from a covered mechanical or electrical component failure on a refrigerator or stand-alone freezer. This coverage begins the day after you receive and install the product. Our limit of liability for this coverage will be either two hundred fifty dollars ($250) or five hundred dollars ($500), depending on the price of the product actually purchased. The number of claims is limited to one occurrence per product within any consecutive twelve-month period. We reserve the right to request purchase receipts and/or a list of spoiled contents when making a claim.
Food Spoilage. Commercial structures or space and any properties where commerce occurs.
Food Spoilage. The cost of replacing food that spoiled as a result of a covered failure of a refrigerator or freezer will be covered to a maximum of $200.00 per service repair during the term of this Service Contract.
Food Spoilage. The Fund will pay up to $100,000 per Occurrence for the actual cost of replacing food or beverage that has been spoiled.
Food Spoilage a. We cover food or wine while contained in a refrigerator or freezer located at the residence premises which spoils due to the loss of power to, or mechanical failure of, the refrigerator or freezer.
b. This Extra Benefit does not apply if:
(1) The plug from an electrical outlet is removed;
(2) An electrical switch is turned off; or
(3) You did not use all reasonable means to protect the food or wine from spoiling.
c. The most we will pay for a covered loss to wine is $5,000.
d. This Extra Benefit is not in addition to the limit of insurance that applies to the damaged property.
e. A $250 deductible applies to this Extra Benefit.
