Crisis Management Loss definition

Crisis Management Loss means Crisis Management Loss, as that term is defined in Appendix D attached to this Policy.
Crisis Management Loss means reasonable and necessary fees and expenses charged by a “crisis management firm” or your employees in providing public relations and media management services for the purpose of maintaining and restoring public confidence in you. These expenses may include printing, advertising, or mailing of materials to manage reputational risk. This does not include the salaries of your employees.
Crisis Management Loss means any amounts incurred during a Crisis Management Event:

  • This policy shall pay the Crisis Management Loss of the Firm arising from a Crisis Management Event first reported during the Policy Period, up to the amount of the Crisis Management Fund.

  • Sustainability Structuring Agent means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, in its capacity as sustainability structuring agent hereunder.
