Critical Cyber Asset definition

Critical Cyber Asset shall have the meaning given to it in the NERC Glossary of Terms as of the date of this Agreement.

Critical Cyber Asset means programmable electronic devices and communication networks including Hardware, Software and Data that are essential to the reliable operations of critical assets.
