Critical firearm discharge definition

Critical firearm discharge means each discharge of a firearm by a PPB officer. This term includes discharges at persons where no one is struck. This term is not intended to include discharges at the range or in training or negligent discharges not intended as an application of force, which are still subject to administrative investigation.
