Insurance Contract means a contract (other than an Annuity Contract) under which the issuer agrees to pay an amount upon the occurrence of a specified contingency involving mortality, morbidity, accident, liability, or property risk.
Insurance Contracts means all contracts and policies of insurance and re-insurance maintained or required to be maintained by or on behalf of any Grantor under the Loan Documents.

Environmental Insurance Policy means, with respect to any Mortgage Loan or the related Mortgaged Property or REO Property, any insurance policy covering pollution conditions and/or other environmental conditions that is maintained from time to time in respect of such Mortgage Loan, Mortgaged Property or REO Property, as the case may be, for the benefit of, among others, the Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders.
