Cruise Vessel definition

Cruise Vessel means a vessel used for the purpose of providing a Cruise and includes the Scenic Eclipse fleet.

More Definitions of Cruise Vessel

Cruise Vessel means a vessel which enters a port or the territorial waters adjacent to the Islands of Guernsey, Herm and Jethou solely for the purpose of enabling passengers thereon to visit any of the said Islands as part of the itinerary of a cruise or for the purpose of embarking or disembarking passengers beginning or ending a cruise in the vessel,
Cruise Vessel means a passenger-carrying vessel berthing at the Liverpool Landing Stages for the sole purpose of disembarking or embarking or both fare-paying passengers;
Cruise Vessel means any vessel carrying passengers for an ocean trip taken for pleasure calling at ports and other than pleasure yachts.
