Cruise Vessel means a vessel used for the purpose of providing a Cruise and includes the Scenic Eclipse fleet.

Cruise Vessel means a passenger-carrying vessel berthing at the Liverpool Landing Stages for the sole purpose of disembarking or embarking or both fare-paying passengers.
