Overnight Accommodation. The Company shall provide one Room per Driver on all overnights. The Company shall endeavor to assure that the accommodation is suitable.

Overnight Accommodation. 4.2.1 For employees, overnight accommodation is currently booked through HR as part of the training and seminar booking procedure. There is no current limit on overnight accommodation, but the Manager who signs the booking form must ensure that the expenditure is reasonable.
4.2.2 Overnight accommodation connected with a seminar/training event must be booked through HR as part of the Learning & Development Procedure.
4.2.3 In exceptional circumstances, where the Council is not being invoiced directly by the hotel, payment of expenditure will be in arrears, subject to the prior approval of the appropriate Head of Service/Director and subject to submission of receipts. The expenses should be deemed to be reasonable in the circumstances.

c. Weekend cottage
d. Hostel
e. Housing container/caravan with WC/bath/kitchen facilities. Points 5a. to 5e. are subject to the following conditions: − Each employee has a separate bedroom − Common areas are set up in connection with housing containers − Where overnight accommodation on the building site or support- ing areas is concerned, the residential area must be separate from the building site and the welfare facilities as described in Article 25 cannot be included in the residential area. − The enterprise pays for cleaning at least once a week. − The installation complies with the authorities’ approval − The rules can be dealt with under the Industrial Disputes Proce- dure.
6. The transport allowance from employees’ place of residence to the workplace is paid in accordance with Article 27.
7. Employees are entitled to payment of outward and homeward jour- neys once a week at the travel allowance rate in Article 27, sub- clauses 3 and 4. The distance paid for is that between the work- place and the employees’ residence, without free zone. The transport allowance is valid to the nearest point of entry.

Overnight Accommodation a) On scheduled and unscheduled overnights and for training out of domicile, Flight Attendants will be furnished safe, comfortable and adequate single occupancy accommodations.
b) For new hire orientation training, Flight Attendants may be required to share overnight accommodations.
c) Flight Attendants will have advanced reserved lodging accommodations for scheduled overnights. If the Flight Attendant’s pairing involves a layover, the layover hotel will be published on the pairing listing the layover hotel and hotel phone number.
