Cruise means a vacation on a cruise ship.
Cruise means a cruise constituting or forming part of Your Tour;
Cruise means a trip of a number of days and/or a specific itinerary contracted by Passenger with Company.

Examples of Cruise in a sentence

  • Passenger is required to be on board the Vessel at least one hour before the initial scheduled departure time of the Cruise and any departure time subsequently announced during the Cruise.

  • Company may for any reason whatsoever cancel any Cruise or terminate the Contract at any time before departure of the Vessel, and in such event, Company’s only liability will be to refund to Passenger the amount it has received for the Contract.

  • Company will make every reasonable effort to undertake the advertised and any other agreed and offered Cruise but no Cruise is guaranteed and Cruises may be altered, delayed, amended, or cancelled subject to circumstances.

  • If Passenger is refused passage or leaves the Vessel prior to the End of the Cruise for any of the reasons described in this section or for other reasons including, but not limited to, personal, medical, or business reasons, Company will not be required to refund any portion of the Contract price, or be responsible for any of Passenger’s cost.

  • Passenger is required to advise Company in writing, at or prior to the time a Cruise is booked, of any physical, emotional or mental condition, which may require professional attention during the Cruise.

Cruise means any prepaid sea arrangements.
Cruise means the specific cruise indicated on the Charter Summary. “City Cruises” refers to Hornblower Cruises and Events, LLC, dba City Cruises anchored by Hornblower, and for the purposes of the defenses, limitations of liability and its rights in this Agreement only, it also includes City Cruises’ Directors, Officers, agents, owners, employees, charterers (other than You) and the ship on which You have or will travel (the “Ship“). “Laws and Regulations” means all requirements of all laws, orders, ordinances and regulations of the federal, state, county, and municipal authorities, the terms of this Agreement, and directives and orders from City Cruises and its employees, and the captain and personnel of the Ship. “Passenger” and PASSENGER refers to You (whether participating in the event on not) and any and all persons traveling under the Agreement, including all of Your guests and any of Your third-party vendors. “You” or “Your” refers to the Charterer under this Agreement.
Cruise means the specific cruise covered by this Ticket Contract, as the same may be modified and shall include those periods during which the Guest is embarking or disembarking the Vessel and those periods when the Guest is on land while the Vessel is in port.
Cruise means the scheduled voyage as published in the booking confirmation/statement issued in connection with this Passage Contract, as may be amended pursuant to this Passage Contract, from the port of embarkation to the port of disembarkation, and also includes any air, rail, road or sea transport and any land accommodation components of any land-sea package sold, taken with or included in the price of the Cruise, and any activities, shore excursions, tours, or shoreside facilities related to or offered during the Cruise.
Cruise means a Trip involving a sea voyage of at least 1 hours of total duration, where transportation and accommodation is primarily on an ocean going Common Carrier.
