Crypto Assets definition

Crypto Assets mean Cryptocurrencies, their derivatives or other types of digitalized assets and any Cryptocurrency Addresses and any and all associated Wallets.
Crypto Assets means bitcoin, ether, crypto currency and anything commonly considered a crypto asset, digital or virtual currency, or digital or virtual tokens, that are not themselves securities or derivatives;

  • Funds and Crypto Assets in transit after a JANUAR Trade conversion or otherwise outside of the Fireblocks segregated vault are not in JANUAR’s custody.

Crypto Assets herein shall be deemed as type of assets which can only and exclusively be transmitted by means of block-chain technology, including but not limited to digital coins and digital tokens and any other type of digital mediums of exchange, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, etc, to the full and absolute exempt of the securities of any kind.
Crypto Assets addresses" means all public addresses of crypto-assets and/or of public keys/digital wallets controlled by the CASP that are used or can be used in the operation of the CASP in relation to each crypto-asset;
Crypto Assets means Cryptocurrencies and Stablecoins when mentioned jointly.
