Subject to the provisions of Section 5, if an Event of Default (other than an Event of Default specified in clause (a)(ii) of Section 6) occurs and is continuing, the Holder, by written notice to the Company, the BOA Agent and the Crystal Agent (an “Acceleration Notice”), may declare the unpaid principal of and accrued interest on this Note to be immediately due and payable.
Security Agent means the Bond Trustee or any successor Security Agent, acting for and on behalf of the Secured Parties in accordance with any Security Agent Agreement or any other Finance Document.
Collateral Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.
Global Agent has the meaning specified in the preamble, and any duly qualified and appointed successor or successors of U.S. Bank thereto.
Biological agent means any microorganism, virus, infectious substance, or biological product that may be engineered through biotechnology, or any naturally occurring or bioengineered component of any such microorganism, virus, infectious substance, or biological product, capable of causing:
the Agent means the estate agency described at paragraph 5 of the Schedule;
Supplemental Agent has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14(a) and “Supplemental Agents” shall have the corresponding meaning.
Collateral Agents means the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent, the Initial Additional First Lien Collateral Agent and each Additional Collateral Agent.
Administrative Agents means the Administrative Agent and the Canadian Administrative Agent.
Delivery Agent means, in relation to any Series of Covered Bonds that contemplates physical settlement, the financial institution appointed as delivery agent for the purposes of such Covered Bonds and named as such in the applicable Final Terms;
ABL Administrative Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facilities Documentation, or any successor administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facilities Documentation.
Second Lien Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.
First Lien Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.
authorised agent means a passenger sales agent who has been appointed by us to represent us in the sale of air transportation on our services.
Collateral has the meaning specified in the Granting Clause of this Indenture.
Lead Agent has the meaning given to it above;
Creditor Representative means, with respect to Series 2023-5, the Indenture Trustee.
Contracting agent means the governing body of a

Administrative Agent’s Letter shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.9 [Administrative Agent’s Fee].
Administrative Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as administrative agent under any of the Loan Documents, or any successor administrative agent.
Canadian Administrative Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, in its capacity as Canadian administrative agent for the Lenders hereunder.
Canadian Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, in its capacity as Canadian agent for the Lenders hereunder, or any successor Canadian agent.
Designated Agent means any entity that performs actions or functions on behalf of the Transmission Provider, a Transmission Owner, an Eligible Customer, or the Transmission Customer required under the Tariff.
Facility Agent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Additional Agent means any one or more agents, trustees or other representatives for or of any one or more Additional Credit Facility Creditors, and shall include any successor thereto, as well as any Person designated as an “Agent” under any Additional Credit Facility.
Fiscal Agent means ABN AMRO Bank N.V., a banking association organized under the laws of the Netherlands and its permitted successors and assigns.
