Cure Days definition

Cure Days means the number of days between the day on which a Storage Rating Test that results in a deficient Storage Capacity Rating is performed and the day on which a Storage Capacity Rating is equal to or greater than the Contract Capacity.
Cure Days means the number of Calendar Days between the day on which a Storage Rating Test that results in a deficient Storage Capacity Rating is performed and the day on which a Storage Capacity Rating is equal to or greater than the Contract Capacity.   • Days means calendar days.

  • Cure Right shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.03.

  • Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and

  • Cure Deadline shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.11(a).

  • Business Days means a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or a day on which banks in New York City are authorized or required by law to close.

  • Cure means the distribution within a reasonable period of time following the Effective Date of Cash, or such other property as may be agreed upon by the parties or ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, with respect to the assumption or assumption and assignment of an executory contract or unexpired lease, pursuant to section 365(b) of the Bankruptcy Code, in an amount equal to all unpaid monetary obligations, without interest, or such other amount as may be agreed upon by the parties under such executory contract or unexpired lease, to the extent such obligations are enforceable under the Bankruptcy Code and applicable bankruptcy law.

  • Cure Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.02(a).

  • Objection Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(d).

  • Calendar Days means days including all holidays;

  • Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.
