Examples of Current Award in a sentence
Each Participant who is granted a Deferred Stock Bonus Award and selected by the Committee in its discretion may elect, in writing, on a form to be furnished by the Company, to receive a Current Award or a Deferred Award.
As determined in the discretion of (a) the Chief Executive Officer with respect to Employees who are not Officers or Covered Employees and (b) the Committee with respect to Officers or Covered Employees, and subject to the terms of the Plan, Participants may elect to receive their Deferred Stock Bonus Award in the form of either a Current Award or a Deferred Award.
An Eligible Employee may be granted both a Current Award and a Deferred Award with respect to a single Performance Period.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.3 and subsection 3.4(a), if a Participant incurs a Termination of Service during the Performance Period due to a termination by the Participant for Good Reason, any Current Award which has not been earned and vested will be treated as earned and vested for the portion of the Performance Period during which the Participant was employed to the extent the Performance Goals for the Performance Period are satisfied.
Award Payments are the amount of an earned and vested Current Award and Deferred Award that are ultimately paid to a Participant based upon the level at which the Performance Goals applicable to those awards have been achieved.
If a Participant incurs a Termination of Service for any reason other than a reason set forth in subsection 3.4(b), 3.4(c), 3.4(d) or 3.4(e) or Section 3.5, the Participant’s unvested Current Award and/or Deferred Award will be forfeited effective as of the date of such Termination of Service.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.3 and subsection 3.4(a), if a Participant incurs a Termination of Service during the Performance Period due to a Reduction in Force, any Current Award which has not been earned and vested will be treated as earned and vested for the portion of the Performance Period during which the Participant was employed to the extent the Performance Goals for the Performance Period are satisfied.
