Current Cars means cars which were designed and built in order to comply with the Technical Regulations either in force during the applicable Reporting Period or in force during the Championship season immediately preceding or following the applicable Reporting Period.

  • Current year means the financial year, which has already commenced, but not yet ended;

  • Rating Category means one of the generic rating categories of any Rating Agency without regard to any refinement or gradation of such rating by a numerical modifier or otherwise.

  • Target Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(a)(ii).

  • Monthly Average means the highest allowable average of “daily discharges” over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all “daily discharges” measured during a calendar month divided by the number of “daily discharges” measured during that month. For Fecal Coliform Bacteria (FCB) or E-Coli, report the monthly average.

  • Catalog Pricing and Pricing Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable.
