Current Limit definition

Current Limit means the currently applicable dollar limit under section 415(b)(1)(A) of the Code.
Current Limit means the portion of the Credit Limit made available to you by the Credit Provider on a Card Account to utilise for the purchase of goods and/or services from any Participating Branches by means of the Card.   • Current Liabilities are all obligations and liabilities of Borrower to Bank, plus, without duplication, the aggregate amount of Borrower’s Total Liabilities that mature within one (1) year.

  • Current Assets means, as of any applicable date, all amounts that should, in accordance with GAAP, be included as current assets on the consolidated balance sheet of Borrower and its Subsidiaries as at such date.
