  • The Company has reviewed all of the documents constituting the Retained Mortgage File and Custodial Mortgage File and has made such inquiries as it deems necessary to make and confirm the accuracy of the representations set forth herein; With respect to each Cooperative Loan, the Mortgage Note, the Mortgage, the Pledge Agreement, and related documents are genuine, and each is the legal, valid and binding obligation of the maker thereof enforceable in accordance with its terms.

  • Servicer Mortgage File All documents pertaining to a Mortgage Loan not required to be included in the Trustee Mortgage File and held by the Master Servicer or the related Servicer or any Sub-Servicer.
