Custom B2B Application definition

Custom B2B Application means a Licensed Application that is customized by You for use by a specific VPP Customer or group of VPP Customers and that is selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution through the VPP/B2B Program Site.
Custom B2B Application also includes Your use of the In App Purchase API. “End-user” includes applicable end-users of Custom B2B Applications as well as VPP Customers, which may acquire the Custom B2B Applications for the end-users.

Examples of Custom B2B Application in a sentence

  • You and the End-user must acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that the Custom B2B Application or the End-user’s possession and use of that Custom B2B Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, You, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

  • The license granted to the End-user for the Custom B2B Application must be limited to a non-transferable license to use the Custom B2B Application on an iOS Product that the End-User owns or controls and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

  • Subject to Section 6, unless the requesting party agrees to a longer time, a reasonable time will be within three working days of either the date of the written request or the payment of the estimated fees if advance payment is required.

  • If Your Application qualifies as a Custom B2B Application, then You must enter into a separate agreement (Schedule 3) with Apple and/or an Apple Subsidiary before any distribution of Your Custom B2B Application to VPP Customers may take place via the VPP/B2B Program Site.

  • Uniform application means the current version of the national association of insurance commissioners uniform application for resident and nonresident insurance producer licensing.
