Customer asset account definition

Customer asset account or “account” means a demand deposit, share, checking, savings, or other customer account, other than an occasional or incidental credit balance in a credit plan, which represents a liability of the financial institution which maintains such account at a business location or office located in this state, either directly or indirectly for the benefit of a customer.

  • Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.

  • Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Lockbox Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.1 hereof.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Lockbox Accounts means the accounts maintained by Borrower at the Lockbox Banks into which all collections or payments on their Accounts and other Collateral are paid.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Client Assets means assets which a bank has undertaken to hold for a client (whether or not on trust, and whether or not the undertaking has been complied with);

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.

  • Account Data means: any business contact information provided with the Account; RingCentral-generated logs of calling or other metadata developed or collected in the provision of the Services; configuration data; and records of Digital Lines and any Services purchased under this Agreement.

  • Credit Card Receivables means each “payment intangible” (as defined in the UCC) together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed by a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor to a Loan Party resulting from charges by a customer of a Loan Party on credit or debit cards issued by such Credit Card Issuer in connection with the sale of goods by a Loan Party, or services performed by a Loan Party, in each case in the ordinary course of its business.

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Business Account means an Account used primarily for business purposes and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

  • Seller’s Account means such account as the Seller may specify to the Guarantor from time to time;

  • Customer Deposits means at any time, the aggregate amount at such time of (a) deposits made by customers with respect to the purchase of goods or the performance of services and (b) layaway obligations of the Borrowers.
