Customer Commit Date definition

Customer Commit Date means the date that Service will be available to Customer, as set forth in the Customer Welcome Letter or such other written notice from Level 3 to Customer. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or any Customer Order to the contrary, no Customer requested date for delivery of Service will be effective unless and until confirmed in writing by Level 3 through the delivery to Customer of the Customer Commit Date.
Customer Commit Date means the scheduled service installation date as determined by Sprint and communicated to Customer by its designated representative. The Customer Commit Date may be amended within five (5) business days after an Order is placed
Customer Commit Date means the date Lumen will install Service. The Customer Commit Date is established following Lumen’s acceptance of an Order.

Examples of Customer Commit Date in a sentence

  • Level 3 will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to install any Colocation Space on or before the Customer Commit Date specified for such Colocation Space.

  • Level 3 will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to install any (3)CrossRoads® Service on or before the Customer Commit Date specified for the particular (3)CrossRoads® Service.

  • Level 3 will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to install any (3)Link(R) Private Line Service on or before the Customer Commit Date specified for the particular (3)Link(R) Private Line Service.

  • In lieu of any Service Level credits for installation delays, if Level 3's installation of Service is delayed for more than 30 business days beyond the Customer Commit Date, Customer may terminate the affected Service upon written notice to Level 3 and without payment of any applicable termination charge, provided such written notice is delivered prior to Level 3 delivering a Connection Notice for the affected Service.

  • Xxxxx 0 may, at its option, agree to store equipment that Customer intends to colocate in Customer's Colocation Space for not more than forty five (45) days prior to the applicable Customer Commit Date.

  • Level 3 will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to install any (3)Link® Private Line Service on or before the Customer Commit Date specified for the particular (3)Link® Private Line Service.

  • Level 3 will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to install any (3)VoIPSM Local Inbound Service on or before the Customer Commit Date specified for the particular (3)VoIPSM Local Inbound Service.

  • Level 3 will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to install any (3)LinkSM Global Wavelength Service on or before the Customer Commit Date specified for the particular (3)LinkSM Global Wavelength Service.

  • In the event Customer fails to pay such non-recurring charges within the time period specified in the Customer Order, (i) such failure to pay shall constitute an Excused Outage for purposes of installation of the Service; (ii) Level 3 may issue a revised Customer Commit Date; and (iii) Xxxxx 0 may suspend installation of the Service until receipt of such non-recurring charges.


More Definitions of Customer Commit Date

Customer Commit Date means the date that Service will be available to Customer, as set forth in a written notice from IP Nexia to Customer. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or any Customer Order to the contrary, no Customer requested date for delivery of Service will be effective unless and until confirmed in writing by IP Nexia through the delivery to Customer of the Customer Commit Date.
Customer Commit Date means the date that Service will be available to Customer, if designated on Customer Order or Service Order.
Customer Commit Date or "CCD" shall mean the date that the (3)LinkSM Dark Fiber Service will be available to customer as set forth in the Customer Welcome Letter, subject to Force Majeure Events.

Related to Customer Commit Date

  • Customer-Funded Upgrade means any Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade, or Merchant Network Upgrade for which cost responsibility (i) is imposed on an Interconnection Customer or an Eligible Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, section 217, or (ii) is voluntarily undertaken by a New Service Customer in fulfillment of an Upgrade Request. No Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade or Merchant Network Upgrade or other transmission expansion or enhancement shall be a Customer-Funded Upgrade if and to the extent that the costs thereof are included in the rate base of a public utility on which a regulated return is earned. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

  • Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.

  • Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.

  • Information Service Traffic Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider for the provision of Information Service. ISP-Bound Traffic is a subset of Information Service Traffic. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring: Wiring within the customer Premises that extends to the Demarcation Point of CenturyLink’s outside plant. Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).

  • Revolving Credit Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the Current Termination Date then in effect and (ii) the date of termination in whole of the Commitments pursuant to Section 2.05(a) or 6.01.

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates;

  • income-related employment and support allowance means an income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;

  • Service Transfer Date means the date of a Service Transfer;

  • Replacement Revolving Facility Effective Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).

  • Revolving Commitment Termination Date means the earliest of (i) November 3, 2017, (ii) the date on which the Revolving Commitments are terminated pursuant to Section 2.9 and (iii) the date on which all amounts outstanding under this Agreement have been declared or have automatically become due and payable (whether by acceleration or otherwise); provided, that, with respect to any Extended Revolving Commitment (and the Extended Revolving Loans made pursuant thereto), the termination date set forth in the Extension Offer with respect thereto.

  • Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) means a telephone company certificated by the Commission to provide local Exchange Service within AT&T-21STATE’s franchised area.

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.
