Customer Committed Date definition

Customer Committed Date or “CCD” means:
Customer Committed Date means the date provided by BT on which delivery of a Service (or each part of a Service, including to each Site) is due to start.
Customer Committed Date or “CCD” means the 30th Working Day after the Dark Fibre Access Order is Processed by BT on EMP or such later date where consent is obtained or deemed pursuant to paragraph 2.3 of Schedule 4;

Examples of Customer Committed Date in a sentence

  • BT may expedite delivery of the Service for operational reasons or in response to a request from you, but this will not revise the Customer Committed Date.

  • The On-Time Delivery Service Level does not apply to upgrades and/or changes to the Services, unless these require the installation of new components and have an agreed delivery date, in which case the Customer Committed Date will be that agreed delivery date.

  • BT will deliver the Service on or before the Customer Committed Date (the “ On Time Delivery Service Level”).

  • If you request a change to the Service or any part of the Service, including, without limitation, any Purchased Equipment or any IP Address location, then BT may change the Customer Committed Date to accommodate that change.

  • If you request a change to the BT One Phone Service or any part of the BT One Phone Service, then BT may revise the Customer Committed Date to accommodate that change.


More Definitions of Customer Committed Date

Customer Committed Date means the date provided by BT on which delivery of the CC SD-WAN Service (or each part of the CC SD-WAN Service, including to each Site) is due to start.
Customer Committed Date means the date provided by BT on which delivery of the Agile Connect Service or each part of the Agile Connect Service, including to each Site, is due to start.
