Customer Infrastructure definition

Customer Infrastructure means the virtual machines, assets, networks, systems or other virtual infrastructure that you use in connection with your Cloud Services and which BT has agreed to support through the Compute Managed Service, as set out in any applicable Order.
Customer Infrastructure means any information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services, on which Software is installed or will be installed.
Customer Infrastructure has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, SimX will have no responsibility with respect to any failure, malfunction, contaminants, power loss or interruption that is due in whole or in part to the Customer Infrastructure or Customer’s failure to procure, support, secure, connect or maintain adequate Customer Infrastructure, or for any security breach, loss of data, or for any injury, property damage, or similar event related to Customer Infrastructure.

  • Customer is solely responsible for providing VPN and firewall protection, antivirus protection, and intrusion monitoring with respect to the Customer Infrastructure (collectively, “Customer Security Measures”).


More Definitions of Customer Infrastructure

Customer Infrastructure means equipment, hardware, systems, Software, networks, Material and other items used by the Customer (or, as applicable, a Relevant Force) in the conduct and operation of its business other than the Supplier Assets and Supplier Software;
