Customer or Prospective Customer definition

Customer or Prospective Customer means any customer or prospective customer with whom the Company did business or who the Company solicited within the preceding two years. This restriction applies only to business which is in the scope of services or products provided by the Company.
Customer or Prospective Customer means any client or customer of Santander Consumer, or any person or entity with whom Santander Consumer has attempted to do business, within the twenty-four (24)-month period prior to the end of Employee’s service with Santander Consumer. This term is limited to those clients, customers, persons, or entities: (A) with whom Employee had contact or (B) about whom Employee received Confidential Information.

Examples of Customer or Prospective Customer in a sentence

  • If Employee leaves Employer and goes to work for a new employer that is a competitor of Employer, and if that new employer already has an existing relationship with a Customer or Prospective Customer of Employer or its affiliates, this paragraph does not preclude Employee from making contact with such Customer or Prospective Customer on the new employer’s behalf, so long as such contact otherwise complies with the provisions of this paragraph.

  • Employee expressly agrees that during the Restricted Period, Employee will not (either directly or indirectly, by assisting or acting in concert with others), on behalf of himself/herself or any other person, business, entity, including but not limited to on behalf of a Competing Business, call upon, solicit, or attempt to call upon or solicit any business from any Customer or Prospective Customer for the purpose of providing services substantially similar to the Services.

  • During your employment with Appian and for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date your employment with Appian terminates, you agree not to contact, directly or indirectly, any Customer or Prospective Customer with whom you have had any written, electronic, verbal, or other contact on behalf of Appian, to sell, market, render or provide Similar Products or Services.
