Customer Sell RAST definition

Customer Sell RAST means a Representative Auction-Settled Transaction deemed to be created pursuant to Section 18 of the relevant Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms between a Participating Bidder as Buyer and its customer as Seller.
Customer Sell RAST means a Representative Auction-Settled Transaction deemed to be created pursuant to Section 19 of the relevant Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms between a Participating Bidder or its PB Auction Affiliate as Buyer and its customer as Seller.

Related to Customer Sell RAST

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Eligible customer-generator means a customer-generator whose net energy metering system for renewable resources, cogeneration, fuel cells, and microturbines meets all applicable safety and performance standards.

  • Retail customer means any person that purchases retail electric energy for its own consumption at

  • wholesale customer means a natural or legal person purchasing electricity for the purpose of resale inside or outside the system where he is established;

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Retail seller means any person that sells any dangerous drug to consumers without assuming control over and responsibility for its administration. Mere advice or instructions regarding administration do not constitute control or establish responsibility.

  • Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.
