trade dispute means any dispute or difference between employers and workmen, or between workmen and workmen, connected with the employment or non-employment, or the terms of employment, or with the conditions of labour, of any person;
Reconciliation Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 7.9 of this Agreement.
Arbitrable Dispute means any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
Technical Dispute has the meaning specified in Section 12.2;
Transaction Receipt means a confirmation that is transmitted to a registered User after a registered User has submitted a transaction to the Court through a Vendor. The Transaction Receipt displays the date and time the transaction was submitted by the registered User through the Vendor.
Agreement Disputes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.
Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.
Notice of Dispute has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(iii) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.
Nonissuer transaction or "nonissuer distribution" means a transaction or distribution not directly or indirectly for the benefit of the issuer.
Dispute Resolution Process means the process described in clause 9
Suspicious transaction means a “transaction” as defined below, including an attempted transaction, whether or not made in cash, which, to a person acting in good faith:
Dispute means any dispute, controversy, claim or difference of whatever nature arising out of, relating to, or having any connection with this Agreement, including a dispute regarding the existence, formation, validity, interpretation, performance or termination of this Agreement or the consequences of its nullity and also including any dispute relating to any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of, relating to, or having any connection with this Agreement.
Billing Dispute Notice means a formal, written notice submitted to HUGE by the Customer in terms of this Procedure.
dispute resolution proceeding ’ means any process in which an alternative means of dispute resolution is used to resolve an issue in controversy in which a neutral is appointed and specified parties participate;
Competing Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(n).
Formal Dispute means a written objection by an Interested Party to any of the following: i. A solicitation or other request by OGS for offers for a contract for the procurement of commodities, services or technology. ii. The cancellation of the solicitation or other request by OGS. iii. An award or proposed award of the Contract by OGS. iv. A termination or cancellation of an award of the Contract by OGS. v. Changes in the scope of the Centralized Contract by the Commissioner. vi. Determination of “materiality” in an instance of nonperformance or contractual breach. vii. An equitable adjustment in the Centralized Contract terms and/or pricing made by the Commissioner during a Force Majeure event.
Tax Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 5.06.
Pawn transaction means the same as that term is defined in Section 13-32a-102.
Disputed Items has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b).
Third Party Claim Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).
Master Transaction Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
consumer dispute means a dispute where the person against whom a complaint has been made, denies or disputes the allegations contained in the complaint;
Transaction Proposal has the meaning specified in Section 8.02(c).
Transaction-Specific Hedge means any Transaction that is an interest rate cap, interest rate floor or interest rate swaption, or an interest rate swap if (x) the notional amount of the interest rate swap is “balance guaranteed” or (y) the notional amount of the interest rate swap for any Calculation Period otherwise is not a specific dollar amount that is fixed at the inception of the Transaction.
Termination Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.B hereof.
Transaction Notice means a written request of Seller to enter into a Transaction in a form attached as Exhibit C hereto or such other form as shall be mutually agreed upon between Seller and Purchaser, which is delivered to the Purchaser in accordance with Section 3(c) herein.
