Customer Transfer Notice definition

Customer Transfer Notice means the notice given by the Authority to the Supplier pursuant to the Framework Agreement where the Authority nominates a new Gas Supplier to provide the Supply to the Customer and requires the Supplier to transfer this Agreement to the nominated Gas Supplier.
Customer Transfer Notice means the notice published on ANZ’s website and/or sent to Merchants who were previously a customer of ANZ for the Merchant Facilities containing (i) the offer made by Worldline to those Merchant for the Merchant Facilities

Customer Transfer Notice means the notice from the Authority to the Supplier requiring the Supplier to transfer some or all of the Customer Portfolio to a Nominated Supplier.
