Customized Client definition

Customized Client means versions of the Licensed Client which may be modified by or for Prodigy or Operating Partnership and are Marketed and distributed as a part of the Prodigy Service.
Customized Client means the AOLB Client as customized for use in ----------------- connection with the Co-Branded Service as provided in the Technical Operating Plan.
Customized Client means the version of the Client customized by Napster for Company pursuant to this Agreement, as such version may be modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Customized Client

Customized Client means the version of the Client customized by USCo for JapanJV pursuant to this Agreement, as such version may be modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement. Custom software is tailormade software that is specially developed for a specific user and is built and designed to accommodate a specific customer's particular preferences and expectations.

Related to Customized Client

  • Web Portal means an online entity through which persons are able to effect transactions in securities.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • End Client means the end client (if any) in respect of the project in connection with which the Supplier is providing its Services as a sub-contractor;

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services.   • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Customization means any customer-specific modification to software that requires changes to the software’s source code.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.
