Customs Border definition

Customs Border means the limits of the customs territory, as established by the Constitution, including the periphery of airports, wharfs, rivers and international airports, as well as the maritime boundaries, as defined by Law No. 7/2002 of 20 of September;

  • Supplier, its Affiliates and Representatives shall, if applicable, comply with United States Importer Security Filing (ISF) requirements, also known as 10+2, which requires Supplier to submit specific information for all its ocean shipments destined for US ports pursuant to US Customs Border Protection (CBP) regulations.

  • Neither JABIRU nor its Dealer/Distributor will be responsible for costs of cleaning the engine, any other related fines, penalties, and/or any other costs that result from the owner’s failure to comply with the requirements imposed by Customs, Border Protection, Quarantine and Inspection Authorities of the state where the JABIRU Dealer/Distributor is located.

  • Kazakhstan had ratified this Agreement through Law No. 389-IV "On Ratification of the Agreement on the Procedure for the Movement of Cash Monetary Funds and (or) Monetary Instruments by Natural Persons across the Customs Border of the Customs Union" of 17 January 2011.

Related to Customs Border

  • customs airport means any airport declared under section 9 to be a customs- airport;

  • customs duty means any customs or import duty and a charge of any kind, imposed in connection with the importation of a good, but does not include any:

  • customs control ’ means control in terms of this Act;

  • customs officer means any person acting as such in terms of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02];

  • customs law means all the statutory provisions applied by the customs administration on the importation, exportation, transit or movement of goods whether or not they involve the collection of duties or taxes (or security thereof), on the enforcement of prohibitions, restrictions or control or exchange control regulations or on any other customs regime;

  • Customs Administration means the competent authority that is responsible under the law of a Party for the administration of customs laws and regulations;

  • customs value means the value as determined in accordance with the 1994 Agreement on implementation of Article VII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (WTO Agreement on customs valuation);

  • customs area means the area of a customs station and includes any area in which imported goods or export goods are ordinarily kept before clearance by customs authorities;

  • Uniform Customs the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (1993 Revision), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 500, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Customs authority means the authority that is responsible under the law of a Party for the administration and enforcement of customs laws and regulations; Customs duty includes any duty or charge of any kind imposed in connection with the importation of goods, but does not include any:

  • Customs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(b) hereof.

  • customs laws means such laws and regulations administered and enforced by the customs authority of each Party concerning the importation, exportation, and transit of goods, as they relate to customs duties, charges, and other taxes, or to prohibitions, restrictions, and other similar controls with respect to the movement of controlled items across the boundary of the customs territory of each Party;

  • Customs Act means the Customs Act 1901 (as amended), and any succeeding Legislation and any regulations made pursuant to the Customs Act;

  • customs authorities means customs authorities as defined in Article 5, point (1), of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013;

  • customs procedures means the treatment applied by the customs administration of each Party to goods which are subject to customs control.

  • Customs Valuation Agreement means the Agreement on Implementation of Article VII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 contained in Annex 1A of the WTO Agreement;

  • Customs declaration means the act whereby a person indicates in the prescribed form and manner a wish to place goods under a given customs procedure.

  • customs territory means the territory of the country of each Contracting Party in which the Customs laws of that country are in force;

  • Customs Broker means that individual, partnership, entity or corporation licensed by the Canada Border Services Agency, or other authorized body, to engage in the business of a customs broker and who is named as the Customs Broker in the Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney.

  • Customs Duties means any customs or import duty and a charge of any kind imposed in connection with the importation of a good, but does not include any:

  • Standard Letter of Credit Practice means, for Issuing Bank, any domestic or foreign law or letter of credit practices applicable in the city in which Issuing Bank issued the applicable Letter of Credit or, for its branch or correspondent, such laws and practices applicable in the city in which it has advised, confirmed or negotiated such Letter of Credit, as the case may be, in each case, (a) which letter of credit practices are of banks that regularly issue letters of credit in the particular city, and (b) which laws or letter of credit practices are required or permitted under ISP or UCP, as chosen in the applicable Letter of Credit.

  • IASB means the International Accounting Standards Board;

  • ISP98 means the International Standby Practices (1998 Revision, effective January 1, 1999), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 590.

  • World Bank means the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

  • District and high school graduation report means a report of the number of pupils, excluding adult education participants, in the district for the immediately preceding school year, adjusted for those pupils who have transferred into or out of the district or high school, who leave high school with a diploma or other credential of equal status.

  • customs legislation means any legal or regulatory provisions applicable in the territories of the Parties, governing the import, export and transit of goods and their placing under any other customs regime or procedure, including measures of prohibition, restriction and control;
