  • Both the Client and the Customs Broker agree to be bound by the Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney including the Standard Trading Conditions unless or until one of the parties advises the other in writing to the contrary subject to the provisions of paragraph 8 of the Standard Trading Conditions.
