CVR definition

CVR has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(b).
CVR means Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness.

  • Where this Agreement provides for notice to Holders, such notice will be sufficiently given (unless otherwise herein expressly provided) if in writing and mailed, first-class postage prepaid, to each Holder affected by such event, at the Holder’s address as it appears in the CVR Register, not later than the latest date, and not earlier than the earliest date, if any, prescribed for the giving of such notice.

  • Upon receipt of such written notice, the Rights Agent shall promptly record the change of address in the CVR Register.

More Definitions of CVR

CVR means a contingent value right representing the right to receive certain contingent cash payments in connection with the achievement of certain milestones as set forth in the CVR Agreement, and in accordance therewith.
CVR means a contingent contractual right of Holders to receive CVR Payments pursuant to this Agreement.
