Examples of Daily Eurodollar Rate in a sentence
Determination of amounts payable under such Sections in connection with a Eurodollar Loan or Daily Eurodollar Loan shall be calculated as though each Lender funded its Eurodollar Loan and the Swing Line Lender funded its Daily Eurodollar Loan through the purchase of a deposit of the type and maturity corresponding to the deposit used as a reference in determining the Eurodollar Rate or Daily Eurodollar Rate applicable to such Loan, whether in fact that is the case or not.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Swing Line Loan shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof, for each day from and including the day such Swing Line Loan is made to but excluding the date it is paid, at a rate per annum equal to, at the Borrower’s option, the Daily Eurodollar Rate or the Base Rate plus an applicable margin agreed to by the Borrower and the Swing Line Bank.
Each Swing Line Loan shall bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof, for each day from and including the day such Swing Line Loan is made to but excluding the date it is paid, at a rate per annum equal to, at the applicable Borrower’s option, the Base Rate for such day or the Daily Eurodollar Rate.
The foregoing also shall apply to Swing Loans accruing interest at the Daily Eurodollar Rate.
If no Interest Period is specified with respect to any requested Eurodollar Rate Loan (other than Daily Eurodollar Rate Loans), then the Co-Borrowers shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.
