Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate definition

Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate means, for each day, a fluctuating rate of interest equal to Eurodollar Rate applicable on such day for an Interest Period of one month beginning two (2) Business Days thereafter. The Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate shall be determined and adjusted on each Business Day and shall remain in effect until the next Business Day.
Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate means, with respect to any Swingline Loan that is a Daily Floating Eurodollar Loan, a rate of interest determined by reference to the Fixed Period Eurodollar Rate for a one (1) month interest period that would be applicable for a Revolving Credit Loan, as that rate may fluctuate in accordance with changes in the Fixed Period Eurodollar Rate as determined on a day-to-day basis.
Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate means, for each day, a fluctuating rate of interest equal to Eurodollar Rate applicable on such day for an Interest Period of one month beginning two (2) Business Days thereafter. The Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate shall be determined and adjusted on each Business Day and shall remain in effect until the next Business Day. If the Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate is not available at such time for any reason, or if the Administrative Agent determines that no adequate basis exists for determining the Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate, or that the Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate will not adequately and fairly reflect the cost to Swing Line Lender of funding the Swing Line Loan, or that any applicable Law or regulation or compliance therewith by Swing Line Lender prohibits or restricts or makes impossible the charging of interest based on the Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate, then “Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate” shall be an interest rate equal to the Base Rate then in effect.

  • The interest rate shall change whenever the applicable Base Rate, the Fixed Period Eurodollar Rate, the Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate or the Applicable Rate for Base Rate Loans or Eurodollar Loans changes.

Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate means, with respect to any Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate Loan for each day that it is a Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate Loan, the rate per annum equal to the British Bankers Association LIBOR Rate (“BBA LIBOR”), as published by Reuters (or other commercially available source providing quotations of BBA LIBOR as designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time) at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such day (if such day is a Business Day) or the immediately preceding Business Day (if such day is not a Business Day), for U.S. dollar deposits with a term equivalent to one (1) month. If such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the “Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate” shall be the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent in accordance with its usual practice to be the rate at which deposits in U.S. dollars in same day funds in the approximate amount of the Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate Loan being made, continued or converted by Bank of America and with a term equivalent to one (1) month would be offered by Bank of America’s London Branch to major banks in the London interbank eurodollar market at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such day (if such day is a Business Day) or the immediately preceding Business Day (if such day is not a Business Day).
Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate means, with respect to any Swing Line Loan, for each day that it is a Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate Swing Line Loan, the rate per annum equal to LIBOR, or a comparable or successor rate which rate is approved by the Administrative Agent, as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time) at or about 11:00 a.m. (London time) two (2) Business Days prior to such date for Dollar deposits with a term equivalent to one (1) month; provided that, (a) to the extent a comparable or successor rate is approved by the Administrative Agent in connection herewith, the approved rate shall be applied in a manner consistent with market practice; provided, further that to the extent such market practice is not administratively feasible for the Administrative Agent, such approved rate shall be applied in a manner as otherwise reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent and (b) if the Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of this Agreement.

Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate means, for any day with respect to any Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate Swing Line Loan, a rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent to be equal to the quotient obtained by dividing (a) the Daily Floating Eurodollar Base Rate for such Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate Swing Line Loan by (b) one minus the Eurodollar Reserve Percentage for such Daily Floating Eurodollar Rate Swing Line Loan for such day.
